1) I searched your website but you do not have what I am looking for. What should I do? If you do not see what you are looking for you can contact us and we may have the hubcap or other item in stock or we can get it for you. We have many hubcaps and center caps in stock that are not listed on our web site.

2) How long will it take for you to obtain a product for me if you do not have it in stock? We will try to locate a hubcap or center cap as quickly as possible and usually can locate it within a few days and have it to you in a timely manner. Once we locate it we will contact you with a quote and give you the necessary details.

3) Do you charge extra to purchase a product for me? No. There is no extra charge for us to locate a hubcap or center cap or custom-order a certain size or item. Please note that it may take a few extra days for you to receive your items. if we are unable to grant your request, we will notify you.

4) How long will it take to receive my items? As soon as payment is received, your products will be shipped either UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority mail. If the hubcap or center caps is not in stock we will notify you ASAP.

5) Do you charge sales tax? Yes. 6% sales tax is automatically added to your bill for Connecticut residents only.

6) How do I purchase and pay for merchandise that I want to buy? You can place an order by adding your item(s) to the shopping cart and then clicking on "go to payments". You will have the option to either pay by credit card or using PayPal payment service where you can use a credit card or deduct payment from your checking or savings account.

7) What e mail address do I use to send payments if I choose to pay using Paypal? You can use Payments@TheShinyWheel.Com to send all PayPal payments.

8) If I choose to use a credit card to pay for my items, will my credit card information be safe and secure?  All credit card and personal information that you enter is processed on secure pages to keep your information safe.

9) Will you ship products outside of the United States? Yes. Additional shipping charges may apply.
