A flat rate shipping and handling fee of $3.75 per item is charged on all hubcap, center cap, and miscellaneous product orders. Actual shipping charges will apply to individual wheel purchases and will be added due to their excess weight. All orders returned for an exchange will be charged shipping fees for the second shipment also.
Please note that we will ship to United States only. Orders from outside of the United States will not be accepted at this time. Shipping fees may apply to orders from Hawaii and Alaska. Please Contact Us for a shipping quote to these areas.
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail Service. Overnight shipping is not an option at this time. Two day shipping using USPS Express Mail may be requested and will be charged accordingly. Please note that we can not guaranty that your order will arrive at a specific time or will be delivered on schedule by shipping services used by us.
Please note that any credit card payment that is declined for any reason will result in a $5.00 charge and will be added to your order when a new form of payment is provided.
Many hubcaps, center caps, or specialty items that we don't have in stock may be ordered for you. Please contact us with as much information as possible so that we can locate the correct part that you need. Please note that we require full or partial payment in advance for all special orders of hubcaps or other items. Please use the "Special Order Payment" link below to provide us with your payment and shipping information so that your hubcaps or other item will be ordered as soon as possible. The payment amount will be added after you submit your payment and shipping information to us. Please read our return policy below.
Here at The Shiny Wheel we always do our best so that you receive the correct parts in satisfactory condition so that our customers are happy with their order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is not what you expected, you can return it for a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of the date received. You must contact us before returning your order for further instructions. All special orders come with a no return/refund policy. Please make sure to check all part numbers before asking us to order any special items for you. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges for returned merchandise.
